Can BASIS regulate whether entries go into table SWELOG? I have activated the event trace using SWELS, but no events are displayed in the log. The events are triggering as the workflows are being received by the users. The Object we are using is BUS2032.
If it is BASIS, what parameter are they setting.

Hi,
The only setting I know of is that the event log has to be switched on for it to record events as they happen. Even if the log was switched off, it would not impede event generation itself.

The event does trigger and I can view the work items in SWI1. However, occassionaly the workflow does not trigger and I'd like to see if the event log. Unfortunately after turning on the event log I cannot see anything.
Anyone have any ideas?
