Question:
We have noted that when we save a query top our local PCs, the files can be enormous even though there is not much data in them. I assume this is because it is saving lots of other stuff in the background with the spreadsheet, but I would be interested to know if anyone else has this problem and whether there i anything i can set to make it just save the data in the spreadsheet, as the users only need the table.
(If I copy the worksheet to a new one & save that, it is typically tens of kilobytes, whereas the original is a couple of Megabytes)
