Hi Gurus,
I need to get the results for quarter to date and year to date. I used the existing time variables but I get the normal results and overall results for quarter to date and year to date in yellow highlights. If we give the display option without the results, no display of totals is obtained. I do not want this. Instead, I want a separate column for QTD and YTD with the headers as such. I am not sure whether the variables are wrong or I have to make changes in properties. Can some one help me? As an alternative, I created a restricted key figure by restricting the Amount by the user exits for quarter to date. I get the values differently., it displays as amount for the first month followed by the total for that month only as QTD. For the second month, it shows the value for the second month and the same value for QTD. It omits the first month values.
I will appreciate your comments asap.

If I follow correctly, what you need to do is create two new KF's. One Called YTD and the other QTD.
For these KF's you set them to be the result of your other KF's. You select the result/overall result/report result from the Data Functions folder (right pane) in the formula variable screen.
