We are trying to build a workflow which starts with a parked document in FI (transaction F-63). Depending on the value of the business area field the work flow item should be sent to the agents belonging to a certain org unit. We have created a table storing the match between business area and organisational unit, and our method seems to work as well. The method seems to be exporting the right value (object type + object id).
The problem is that when the work flow is executed the work item is sent to all users in the system not only to the ones belonging to the actual org unit.
In our task we are trying to use an expression to dynamically set the org unit via the work flow container.

Dear MArtin,
Why you are not trying to create Standard role instead of doing in this fashion. That is more easy and your workItem will reach to correct person.
You will get documentation of the same in SAP help.
