Question:
The following is needed in bex query results:
A cumulated, B, C, D=(A cumulated-B)
The results received so far show that in the D=(A cumulated-B), we are not getting the cumulated value, perhaps just the non-cumulated.
Is there a function that would calc the cumulated first, then allow that value to be used in a second calculation?
Answer:
Don't think so.
The "Cumulated" flag is applied only after query retrieval and aggreggation, so when you specify D = A - B, it calculates first D, and after cumulates A.
Your hope is adding a formula in Excel, by Visual Basic or by yourself.
If in Web Reporting ... don't know.

Answer:
The SUMCT, SUMRT, SUMGT funtions available in the formula editor allow you to use subtotoals or totals in formulas at a more detailed level.
Answer:
The gap appears to be the cumulated KF cannot be used in a formula on the same line.
Would these functions allow that?
Answer:
No,
SUMCT, SUMGT and SUMRT only give the results. For example,
Char 1 Char 2 Value
A A1 10
A A2 15
B B1 22
The SUMCT will give 25 or 22 for Char1 = A or B and SUMGT the Grand Total. The SUMRT takes filters in account.
The initial question was to give 10 for A/A1, 25 for A/A2 and 22 for B/B1 (or maybe 47 ?)

Answer:
No solutions about the problem in a calculated key figure based on cumulated value on the same row???
