As it is not possible to define a new time dimension could someshare with us how they have solved the problem of requiring a new time dimension. In our case we need a time dimension to represent the Fiscal week number ( not the Calander week ) we have the requirement to have both as the users want this flexability. Of course we could define a new dimensions simply to represent our fiscal week as a new object, however what would be the impact of this when using non-cummlative key figures.
The requirement to define a dimension to represent a Fiscal week number must be a common requirement out there as not every one operate a Calandar Fiscal year..
We would appreciate any input on this subject..

Answer:
We had similar requirement of having Custom Info object for Calendar Week instead of SAP Std. object. We defined as a Characteristc and populated using a Custom Routine and this solution works fine without any problems, however we haven't used the Non cumulative key figures in conjuction with custom week but in my opinion they should work fine.
