I need to pull inthe total plan and actual revenues into my cube.But my r/3 person says he doesn't have the total revenue in one field but he has revenues for every fiscal periods.how do i do this.

Answer:
Do your data modeling as normal but in the update rules map 0FISCPER to 0FISCYEAR as well (you need to include 0FISCYEAR into your InfoCube first). Then in BEX analyzer drag Revenue KeyFigure along with 0FISCPER. You should be able to get Revenue Totals per each Fiscal Year.
