Good day,
When mails/workitems notification flow from SAP to Lotus Notes, the sender name comes as WF-BATCH, which i need to change to SAP or some other suitable name.
Where do we make this setting to take effect.
We have gone live today and its bugging my client.
Please suggest at the earliest,

Look at the method sending the email & then set the sender with the email ID corresponding to WF-BATCH or whatever you wish.
