Question:
We have an RRI report defined in BW to launch an R/3 transaction. Everything works fine with the exception that we are prompted to login to R/3 prior to being able to run the transaction.
The portal is configured for Single Signon for both BW and R/3 using SNC.
We are using BW 3.0B and EP 5 SP 5.
Are there additional configuration steps that need to be setup to support SSO for the BW RRI to R/3?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As I am facing a problem with SNC, I read some oss notes this morning that seems to speak about your problem ;
I suggest you to do a search in oss on term "logon without SNC", you will receive 16 answers, read it quickly, you will perhaps find your answer.

Thanks CHC. Looks like Logon tickets have to be configured through JCO. We are using User Mapping here.

Not sure abt EP5 but we have BW 3.1 C,EP-6.0 and SSO works awesome.

Did you manage to sort it? We have ur exact same problem here, all works fine part from when we jump into R/3 and then get the logon for the ITS server. We r on EP 5 too.
