Can BASIS regulate whether entries go into table SWELOG? I have activated the event trace using SWELS, but no events are displayed in the log. The events are triggering as the workflows are being received by the users.
If it is BASIS, what parameter are they setting.

Are you using ESS workflows? - if so, these do not generate events and thus there will be no log in SWEL.
