URGENT!!! Workflow on productive system doesn't works...

Question: Hi all!

We has 2 system: QT and PRD.
We had made simple workflow with one task, startet by one event.
For example: object DOCUMENT have event CREATED (start event for workflow) and method DISPLAY (workflow task). Task has a highest priority, so specified in task user should accept express message.
In QT system all works properly. But in PRD system worklow breakes on start task and user doesn't accept express message. What reason can be there? Why workflow doesn't finish properly?!!
All settings in QT and PRD systems are equal. Automatic workflow customization (SWU3) shows all green leds (except "Maintain Prefix Number").

Workflow log on QT system:

Alexey Kravchenko (Sub)workflow created 15:56:52
Alexey Kravchenko Workflow started 15:56:52

Alexey Kravchenko Execution started automatically 15:56:52

Answer:
Hi,

The agent assignment is mostly client specific. Check and generate the in the task. If based on the Org. structure, the user names need to be assigned properly.

Bye,

Answer:
Thanks for you help! We had find a reason of our problems. On Dev/QT system in Agent assignment for task we set properties for task as General task - without any agents, but when we made transport workflow and tasks on Prd system, it's become a General forwarding allowed (without assigned agents). That's why workflow breaks on task start...
We set task property to General task on Prd system, and now all works fine.

Best regards!
