Question:
I have set up a change document in SWEC for DEBI on business object KNA1 customer event ZChanged.
When I make a change to a Customer the event triggered but errored and deactivated.
The WF Administrator received the following message :
Error processing following event linkage:
KNA1 ZCHANGED WS90100026
Following error occurred:

_SWT_TRACE_HANDLE
Message text:
Element _SWT_TRACE_HANDLE is not available in the container
Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it ?
Is there any extra config. I need to do ?

Fixed it. Basic mistake.
Forgot to bind event initiator.
