Dear experts,
My company is currently using BW 2.0B.
In our last writing from R/3 to BW, records had successfully been generated to PSA and ODS. However, an error occured at this stage due to an ABAP short dump "ADD_PARTITION_FAILED" and no request number being generated for writing to Infocube, but I'm sure that data was not lost, and must stored in somewhere of ODS.
I'm new to use the BW. Is there any expert of you know how to create back the request from ODS and write back to InfoCubes? I can't find any function realting to such a manual request handling.

If you are running on an Oracle database, this problem could be due to inconsistencies in the TSORA and TAORA tables. These are the tables used to manage the tablespace and related indexes. Check TSORA and see if all the tablespaces are available.

if data was transferred via a delta load, it's sufficient to start the delta load again... the system will recognize that the previous delta hasn't been completed succesfully and will ask you whether to reload it... answer with "yes"
