I have a query which will show me
4 rows. I able to see as description only not technical names ? why it is ?
Is there is any problem in query developemnt?
ex: I have a report as cost centre =csc
I want to see as cost centre=101 instead of description in query display..
please let me know if this can possibule ..

I don't have the system in front of me so the steps may not be totally correct.... Right Click on Cost Center and somewhere down in the list there is display option for seeing Key and Name. Probably in your case only Name is selected. Select Key and Name.

Hi Kumarvin,
You can do this after the query is executed by right-clicking on the characteristic (in this case cost center), then choose Display as - from here you can select from different options such as Key, Medium Name, Key and Name, Long Name, etc. Depending on what texts were loaded in the affected InfoCube/ODS, you should be able to toggle to the desired description. You can also do this in the query itself by righ-clicking on the characteristic in the InfoCube and selecting Properties and then there is a display option here.
