Question:
We are having an issue with the pics/images we have in our web template not being displayed on some users but fine with others. I realize this could be something within internet explorer settings but not sure which setting to look for. We have done a comparison and all looks identical... any ideas anyone???

Unless they specifically turned off image display, there is not anything else I can think of in the Web Browser config on the client which would cause the problem.
Are the images note being displayed? Or are the images not being displayed w/ an error?
Does this happen w/ one user on one machine running the exact same report as another user on a machine?
Do you have authorizations removed from the images location in SICF? Do the users have the same BW authorizations?

thanks for quick response. apparently it had to do with an different version or older version of IE that the user had installed. The images were not displayed and all you would see was the box with the red "X" in the inside. It did not happen with other users and thus we were pretty certain it had to do with IE config's.
