Hello Gary,
This is not enough information for anyone to answer this question.
Please consider if someone asked you the same question at your office. What is the first thing you would say?
Answer:
are there any "newer" requests in the ods? if so, delete those first!

Answer:
Hi El,
I agree.
We have Datasource -> ODS -> Cube
I was loading one month after one month of data into the cube through DataSource(InfoSOurce)----> ODS -----> Cube.
Suddently, for one request, due to large amount of data, iwhile getting activated in ODS it got errored out (may be due to memory resources depending on the OS and the hardware).
So, I wanted to break up the request into several small requests and reload again.
So, I am trying to delete this bad request and I am unabled to.
When I try to delete, the trash bin icon apperas as if it is deleting.
But it wont.
We could not proceed furthur with the loads.
Thanks

ok, try this... reset all statusses manually to red, that is:
- in the monitor screen on the status tab (via the InfoPackage) - click on the "traffic light" under Total
- in the manage data targets screen on the requests tab (via manage InfoCube) - click on the "traffic light" under QM status
