Hi Guys,
I have a requirement where a supervisor wants to adopt the view of the people reporting to him and create substitutions for him/her. This is required in case they go on temporary leave. My client does not want substitution authorization to be given to the users.
Do any of you know a solution for this?

Hi,
You can handle mass substitution of users through generating a maintenance view of HRUS_D2.
I'm not sure if this is something a supervisor should have access to (as they'd get to maintain ALL subsitutes for all users); it's more something that a workflow administrator would normally do.
Perhaps a short dialog program customised for a particular supervisor is the way to go on this.
