Question:
I am adding a field from the Communication structure to the billing condition extractor. There is a value for that billing condition in R3 transaction that uses the same communication structure to display.
(Retroactive rebate (checkbox))
However when I run the RSA3 that field is not visible. (I have unhidden the field in datasource) nor does it transfer any value when I upload to an ODS. I deleted the RSA7 queue and reinitialised.
Anyone who has faced a problem specific or general in logistics similar to this one?
Am I missing something?

You need a customer exit to populate this value.
