Or should we see after deleting a lot of PSA requests already changed figures in db02 for /BIC/B* tables?
I am not that familiar with BW basis related topics but I hope that some guys around here are.

Answer:
While deleting PSA requests you can see online that the database free space increases (and the used space decreases). Just try it and see for yourself (DB02).
