Bex

Question: I'm having a problem with formatting a workbook in the Bex. I've formatted cells to do text wrap and then save the workbook, but after saving and refreshing it goes back to it's original format. I know how to keep the column froms re-adjusting but I can't get the cells to hold there format.

Can anyone help?

Answer:
Lisa,

During the refresh, the cells are reformatted .
the way out is to write VBA code in the subroutine

SAPBEXonRefresh(queryID As String, resultArea as Range)

Answer:
Hello,

there is another easy way: In the workbook put the Cursor on the cell which you want to change. Then choose "Format => Format Template" from the Excel menu. Change the format template and save. The new settings will remain after every refresh of the workbook. The changed settings are stored locally only for this specific workbook, other workbooks are not affected by the changes you made.

Answer:
Rose,

There is a paper on it on the SAP site called "BW and Excel Features
How-To Guide". it explains things.
