we are running BW3.0B SP13
we are facing a problem that the IGS is not stable and we need to
restart him all the time,and even then sometimes is not working
any ideas?

You can set the service to restart automatically on failure.
We too use IGS here and it seems working ok though at times we had to restart but that often.

Make sure IGS is patched. I believe there are one (or two) patches available for IGS 6.20.
