Last Delta not yet completed

Question: I have a delta in yellow. I put it in red.
I want to launch it again but a message appears

Last delta is not yet completed (yellow monitor icon)
..

I don't understand because my last delta is in red.

Thanks

Answer:
where did you set it to red... there are different places to do so...

you probably did not change it via the InfoCube > Manage
(in the request tab, you have to manually change it to red as well).

Answer:
I've change the status of the process in the monitor
and i have delete the request in error in the infocube

Answer:
It doesn't work. I don't understand what's going on.
Something don't allow to launch it but what ??

Answer:
This functionality is a bit flakey in my mind. To be safe fail it through reducing the timeout to something small; watch it fail; re-adjust the timeout and start again.

Answer:
this would do the trick if the job is actually still running

if the job is actually still running, you could kill it via SMxx, without having to touch the time_out parameters which you should avoid to touch unless you are sure nobody else is busy loading things

but in fact I doubt that the job is ACTUALLY still running, I think it's rather something like a switch that has not been updated accordingly somewhere (but I cannot help more on this)

Answer:
Fair point, though the SMXX functions are also not immediately active at the OS level and can take a while to "die".

Might be a silly question, but have you deleted the delta initialisation setting in the infopackage as well as the data package?

Cheers,

Simon

Answer:
I have tried to launch again the process after to put last execution in RED

I have only delete the request in error in the infocube and not the delta initialisation.
I just want to launch my delta process.
