Hello
We will with Transaction FBV3 show a scanned image from the document.
This images is coming by workflow to the inbox of the user and is coming from the common store archive system that we use here.
When the user put a annotation on the image and he save the image then put the windows wang image viewer this file to the local harddisk instead of to put the image back in the archive pool.
When another user go to the same document he will not seen the annotation that was made on the image.
Is there somebody help me ??????

This sounds like a problem with your image viewer & archiving software - nothing to do with workflow.
Your archive system should provide a viewer which allows the user to make annotations AND saves those annotations back to the central archive when complete. The only thing from an SAP R/3 side you need to do is ensure that it's this viewer that SAP is displaying the images in when you execute a workitem.

Yes, this is de case.
I have try with transaction oaa3 to set the viewer
( common store viewer from ibm ) but he saved the image not in the archive pool.
Another change i have with ole a wang image viewer set. but the same result.
