Hi
We are working on BW 3.0 B . I have created exception reporting packet on one query and sceduled it . In settings for exception reporting for the same , I have mentioned follow-up action as send mail . In recipient list I have put my SAP Log on (for SBWP -SAP office mail ) and my email address (external - internet address).
I am getting mail in my SAP office Inbox with attachement and also in document contents tab I am getting the information regarding total number of exceptions and values of the relevant query result . This result I am not getting in table format . Attachement is in form of HTML but when I try to view it , I am not getting any data on internet explorer .
[b]Thus I have got 2 problems in this for which I need help from you people.:-[/b]
1. I am not getting the result (exception related query result) in table format mail . How to get this ?
2. I am not getting Mail alert on my email address. Do I need to configure something in transaction SCOT?

2. did you search the forum ? there are several threads around the same, check them; for sure there is something to be configured, but I don't know to what extent
