When I drag and drop a variable for a query I got a signal [=] (small green symbol on the variable symbol).
What should I do to get greater then [>] instead of [=]?

Answer:
This means that the single variable (=) is restricting the characteristic and matching values will be included (green). Other options are to exclude (red) and to define a range ([]). Double click the icon to open the dialogue and change the settings.

For greater than, choose "Value range" selection, and then "Greater than" in the other drop down combo box, in the restriction window.
