What version of BW ?
If 2.xx, it's located in SAP Frontend (should be)
If 3.0, located in a special entry, Business Explorer
For info. query analyser doesn't exist. You can have Analyser (Excel Based) or Query builder ...
Do you have another entry in your menu (BEx Browser, for example) ?

Thank you for your reply,
I have Analyser, Browser, formatted reporting and web application designer.
We are in 3.0, I tried in web application designer to go in Query designer via tools and it is working. unfortunately I do not not have the entry directly in the menu. I think It is because of the installation of the sap gui.
