Hi All,
We have come across a problem wherein the data loads to ODS object has been failing for the past one week. The monitor screen shows the following error message.
SQL error 1555 occurred when accessing table " ".
Database error text........: "ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment
number 8 with name "PRS_7" too small?"
I checked the OSS332426 and it applies to SP10 whereas our support level is 15.
Can anyone help me what causes this and how to solve this. THIS IS VERY URGENT.

I think you have to ask your DBA to increase the rollback segment size.
