Hi All,
We defined one workflow with <Approve> ,<Reject> decision. We are using Java front end to design application front end. So only user Approve it from java i want it execute. In case user uses sap inbox to <approve> workflow get complete.but futher posting wont take place.
So is it possible to prevent the user making decision from sap inbox?
any other suggestion ..please suggest

Answer:
If you are not calling SBWP in your Java application it could work if you remove the transaction SBWP from the authorization profile of the user.
In that way he will not be able to access the items/workplace

My customise application dont require 'sbwp' but other po/pr using standard workflow so we can't remove SBWP.
any other suggestion
