Hi everybody ,
I have worked on FI and MM workflows but im quite new to HR workflows.
I am slated to work for an ESS implementation project and i had some questions regarding this.
How are workflows triggered from the ESS and MSS portals ?
And how is data transferred from the portals to the R/3 Backend ?
I shall be infinitely grateful for any help forthcoming on these subjects !

Hi,
I've got quite some experience in HR workflows, unfortunately none in ESS.
But, I seem to remember in help.sap.com that there topics about this and even examples as wel.
So, search that first.
