grouping key figures with color

Question: I would like to group the key figures by background color. Say I have 9 kf in a report and want to display the background of first 3 kf in blue, 4-6 kf in yellow and 7-9 kf in red.
How can I achieve this - WAD? JavaScript? VBA? Change Style sheet?

thanks for the advise.

Answer:
You may be able to do this with 'Exceptions', although only Green, Yellow and Red are available (three shades of each of these colours, for 9 available background shades).

Build an Exception for each key figure involved, specifying a range of values for the exception that will cover all possible values for th e key figure (e.g. -999,999,999 to 999,999,999).

Answer:
not sure if then use of exceptions is applicable in your case, BUT should you use them you can change the "standard" colors (green, yellow, red) in the BEx Analyzer (MS Excel)...
- first create a workbook with some exceptions
- run the workbook
- go to a cell of which you would like to change the color
- Format > Style
- here you have your SAPBEX-fields... just change the color, font, ... to what your end users like
- save the workbook
