I am deleting request packages from 3.0B system, and it is taking forever to do this?? What is up with 3.0B or what is up with the people who are using 3.0B??

One of the possiblility - (we have faced this) All the back ground jobs are already taken by other processes. See if the deletion job is active or "released"
