Does anyone know whether I can fix column width on WAD?
I'm thinking of JavaScript may be enable but unfortunately, I'm not Java people.

Answer:
Column width can be fixed by editing the STYLESHEET, not in WAD. Select the STYLESHEET used for the template in SE80 and edit the class used for the CELL.
