Hi everyone,
we are using SAP Retail solution and have BW 2.1C running as well. We have never used the Business Content functionality in our BW system, and would like to start checking if there are any useful FI/CO reports that are useful for the Retail industry businesses.
I am asking because this Business Content thing is so huge, I don't even know where to begin....
If there is anyone out there who can point us in the right direction, we greatly appreciate it !!

BW will not replicate Financial Statement Version (FSV) information IF you have accounts which are split depending on debit/credit balance. There is an OSS / SAP note raised regarding this and we have been told that this will be introduced in version 3.1 for the GL business content cube.
We're in fact using an SL cube and we use the T011 extractor for the FSV. It works fine if you don't split debit/credit balances from accounts but if you do - it duplicates them by putting them in both places..
A generic solution is apparently to be written for version 4.0 which we're told is to be implemented around late 2003.
