Hi,
When i try to trigger the work flow WS01000109, it gives the following error message,
"You are not one of the possible agents of the task"
Can someone please help me out troubleshooting this error.
I do remember, this problem once occured earlier also, but dont remember exactly what did i do that time.
Please help me out on an urgent basis as per ur convenience,

Check the agents for the task. Either it has to be a General task or you need to be maintained as possible agent.

I seem to be having a similar problem as Shyam. Though my message is "Work item nnnnnnn: User uuuuuuu cannot reserve the work item". I have encountered this before and the 'Cindrella Magic' had taken care of it then. Can you please share how to refresh the org. environment?
