I'm trying to define an inbound process via workflow using task TS30200088. This works, but when user has executed the workitem, the IDOC has status 53 and no sales order has been created.
How can I set up the system so the function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS is called after the user has exectued the workitem?

I've defined a custom process code which calls standard task 30200088 (Display IDOC in workitem). I can't find any standard workflow model like the one you suggest (ORDE_BY_WORKFLOW). Perhaps because it's an old system (3.1i)...
So I'm trying to define a custom workflow model, but my problem is that I've no knowhow about workflow. What I want to do is : 1. Display IDoc in workitem, 2. Create sales order if user has accepted and executed the first step. Is this the good way ?
