I am working in a pharmcy company. We are currantly workin on exploring BOM materila to CRM.
I have a componants and a higher level material to it. Here i have to to replicate the componets of this higher level material and create a order.

well as far as I am aware, the only integration between R/3 and crm for BOMs is when they Variant Configuration is used. In this case they are distributed to CRM using a Knowledgebase
In CRM the term Structured Products is used to describe a bom and I have heard about plans to integrate them to R/3 but I am not aware that it is currently possible

The parent item will explode in R/3 after CRM has passed it.
I was on a VC project with CRM 3.0, you did not see the bom in CRM until pulling the order back up from R/3 where the bom exploded.

That is one approach but not the only approach, It is also possible to explode the bom in CRM before it is passed to R/3
