Hi! We have added in a couples of new reason codes and noticed that the reasons on the activity screen are displayed by the keys rather than by the description. Wonder whether there is a way to have the sorting done by Description?
Appreciate any pointers on that.

Answer:
ALT + F12 or the button to the right of the ? on the gui.
Select options and check off showing the keys.
unfortunately this turns all keys off for that user.
