I need to test what is going wrong with incoming Debmas Idocs, so I want in the test server to import a brand new idoc. Using Businness Connector with test server is not an option. I need something like WPUK...

You can try from WE19 i hope this helps.
As info; sap processes debmas idocs using batch input method, be sure that fields are not hidden at customer master data transaction such as xd01, xd02
