I'm new to SRM. Where can I download the online help file. Its not possible for me to always log-on to internet. Where else can I get help files for SRM (Including the config help).

Answer:
You can get the help files (as in help.sap.com) from the SAP website.
All you need is a client ref number and they'll send you the cds free of charge.
If you're after the cookbooks, the last one that was produced was for EBP 3.0 and from then on you'll need to use the release notes etc.
