I can't see Fact sheet in IC Win Client

Question: Hi experts
I'm working with the CIC Win client in CRM3.1, I'have done all the configuration necessary in order to see the fact sheet, but I can't see it.
I defined Info Blocks, views and then assigned views to roles.

When I want to see the fact sheet shows the following error message:

You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

somebody could help me to resolve this problem?

Answer:
The BP fact sheet is presented via a web server.

When you attempted to view the fact sheet. were you prompted for log in name and password?

You need to talk to the people who control access to this web server,, unfortunately this will mean having a conversation withe the Progress Prevention Team,,, also sometimes referred to as Basis folks
