If there is forecast on AX then it should disaagrate based on same way as shown below.

prod-a --> 1000 PC--> drill down
prod-b --> 200 PC--> drill down
prod-c---> 400 PC--> drill down

I don't fully understand your question as consistent planning in your example below would not permit 1PC at an aggregate level to equate to 16PCs at a lower level. You can have a different proportional factor key figure that you can allow your users to maintain manually the proportions in which an aggregate level is disaggregated, but the sum of the parts will always equal the total.
As for the row totals, 'settings' > 'row totals' > 'hide' in the planning book.
