Hi Experts,
We have a requirement, where in we want to execute our Billing processes in R/3 through the Periodic Billing plan and have the similar Billing plan in CRM, so that both are identical.
Once the Billing status in R/3 changes, the same should reflect in CRM for the Interaction center agents reference.
We want our Billing plans to be in sync (CRM and R/3).
Is it possible to attain and How?

In 4.0, the billing plans of R/3 and CRM is not in sync.
