Dear friends,
I am trying to do the physical inventory on a particular date in previous period. Stock on that particular date in particular plant is 5000. In T code MI04, I posted the count 4000. Ideally system should post 1000 as difference but system is proposing the difference as 3000. Is this problem is coming due to stock in transit. or something else.

I think it always takes current book value rather than the past value.
What is current Book Qty??
