This question might sounds a bit lame, but I have been looking on the internet and can not find a real comprehensive answer. So, what exactly is SAP CRM?
Which processes covers it and which part of master data holds it? (I can imagine customer data..?).
What kind of work does a SAP CRM consultant? Is this supposed to be a pure functional job or also technical? Is ABAP a mandatory skill for a tech. CRM consultant?
A lot of questions, but I really hope someone can clarify this a little bit for me.

SAP CRM is a software that helps the customer facing depts,viz.,sales,marketing,service,It captures the interactions between reps and customers through various channels.crm consultant customizes the software to suit the biz requirements of the client.ABAP is not mandatory,if u have the knowledge its an advantage.ABAP+CRM consultant is called technofunctional consultant.
