Dear CRM Gurus,
Ours is a small distribution and trading comapny. We are planning to install SAP CRM 4.0 and plan to use Analytical, Mobile Sales and Marketing components of CRM. Total number of users may not exceed 25.
Can anybody inform what landscape is preferable.
We plan to use the folowing.
a) Production
b) Development/qa/Mobile repository/communication station
Is this ok?
Also like to know if anybody is using SAP CRM direct sales to store scenario.
