Is there a way to test inbound XML Idoc file?
I'm on SAP R/3 46C and in WE19 I can't choose XML port
The Idoc type is CATS_INSERT02...is there another way to test it?
BTW, is SAP 46C able to handle inbound XML Idocs?

Ciao,
I usually upload test idocs with WE16. You do not have XML ports in the matchcode but if you type it, it works ( on 4.6B and 4.7...)

I found OSS note 106216, and tried the following without any success
startrfc.exe
I tried to trigger the processing, but I got the following error message, when I tried XML port:
RFC Call/Exception: SYSTEM_FAILURE
Group Error group 104
Key RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE
Message Port 'DEST_PPPDC' of type 'File' does not exist

First record is not an IDoc control record (please check file) Message no. E0 372

It didn't process XML idocs.
Is there any other way?
