Hi Experts,
I am using Addlitional Fin Data for Investments and Equity Data. When I enter data for activities (for exampme first consolidation, subsequent consoli etc), there are two value field, one for Local Currency and another for Group Currency.
If I am entering value in any one currency, the system gives warning and accepts it. However, when value is entered in LC only,system doesnot process C/I task.
However when value is entered in GC,the system accepts it with a warning message and task is executed.
My question is: what configuration changes I have to do to enable system to transalate LC to GC as users would be entering only LC?
Please suggest !

Can't you run currency translation after the data has been entered?
All consolidation of investments posting must have GC because they are GROUP specific postings, hence GC on its own is acceptable but LC on its own is not.

As I stated before, I am using additional Financial data (which is ODS) for Investments and Equity Data.
Beside uploading TB thru Flexi upload, I am entering Activities Data for Investments and Equity.
When I run currency translation task, the TB only is translated into group currency and not the Activities Data .i.e Investment and Equity Data.
In other word investment and equity data stored Addl. Fin Data (ODS) is not translated.
Please suggest how to translated data entered thru Addl Fin Data
