Question:
hi seniors,
I am implementing PM Module for one client.
for that company have 6 plants in same country.
my question is what strategy is suitable for Implementation, i mean that
1) first implement to one plant and roll out to other plant OR
2) start at a time for all 6 plants
which is good Idea.
just throgh some of your experinaced ideas.
