Where can i get the Idoc table details related to above masters !

With WE60, you can find structure-documentation of every Idoc, ans yoyu can download it to HTML as well.

also you can find them on http://ifr.sap.com, which may be usefull if you don't have such a system yet, but want to look at some of the capcabilities.
