I need to create about 1800 Contact Persons and their relations.
The data is delivered in a EXCEL sheet. Do U know if there are any
standard programs in the CRM system, or do I have to make
my own program using some BAPI's??

Check out the tool "TxShuttle" which allows uploads/downloads of data between spreadsheets (Excel) and SAP . It works for pretty much any SAP transaction. Its a desktop tool and you would not require to write any programs. The website is www.winshuttle.com
